I've been looking forward to post this news update for a very long time.
A large part of the mod and our goals have been the campaigns (non-linear, linear, etc.)
and the War of the Ring mode, and while the campaign will not be expounded upon in 1.06,
the mapping team has laid some of the best ground work in mapping, scripting, etc.
to really be able to do justice to Lord of the Rings story.
Also, work has begun on many of the new territories of the RJ living map.
While there will not be any new campaign maps, a large number of skirmish maps will be added for 1.06.
From converted BFME2 campaign maps, converted BFME1 maps, and some amazing custom maps,
I for one feel just honered to be able to watch these creations from start to end.
All of the maps listed below will not be finished in time for 1.06,
but you should find enough to enjoy and keep you enthralled with Middle-Earth.
